Tyre Guide - Which tyres do you need?
Not sure which tyres are suitable for your vehicle? It is easy to find out, just by looking at the lettering on your existing tyres... You will see letters similar to these on the sidewall of your tyres:
- Width
- This is the width in mm of the tyre.
- Profile Ratio
- Ratio of the height of the sidewall to the width of the tyre, as a percentage.
- Wheel Diameter
- The diameter of the wheel in inches.
- Load Index
- This is a code defining the maximum load a tyre can support.
- Speed Rating
- Defines the maximum service speed for the tyre.
